CopyGen Terms of Use

Effective: October 6, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CopyGen application for iPhone and iPad ("App") provided by Dreammers Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Apple Standard EULA

The App is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"): apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These Terms supplement the Standard EULA. If they conflict, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required.

2. The Service

CopyGen lets you browse a library of AI image prompts sourced from a third-party public feed, copy prompts, save favorites on your device, save images to Photos, and, with CopyGen Premium, generate AI images from a prompt and an optional reference photo. Library content is provided by third parties; we do not guarantee its accuracy, availability, or suitability.

3. CopyGen Premium Subscription

AI image generation requires an active CopyGen Premium auto-renewing subscription:

• Weekly: $3.99 USD per week
• Yearly: $39.99 USD per year

Prices may vary by region and are shown in your local currency in the App before purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the same price and duration.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• You can restore previous purchases on the same Apple ID using Restore Purchases in the App.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to generate, upload, or share content that:

• is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise exploitative
• is harassing, hateful, defamatory, or violates someone's privacy
• infringes intellectual property or uses photos of people without their permission
• impersonates others or is intended to deceive

You also agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the App or our servers.

5. Your Content and Generated Images

You are responsible for the prompts and reference photos you submit and must have the rights to use them. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use images you generate. AI output can be inaccurate or unexpected and may resemble existing content; you are responsible for how you use it. Prompts and images in the library belong to their respective owners.

6. Reporting Content

You can report objectionable content from within the App. We review reports and may remove content or restrict access as appropriate.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Image generation may occasionally fail or be unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dreammers Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
