CopyGen Privacy Policy

Effective: October 6, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dreammers Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the CopyGen application for iPhone and iPad ("App", bundle ID com.copygen.app). We aim to collect as little as possible.

1. Summary

• CopyGen has no accounts. We do not ask for your name, email, or other contact details.
• CopyGen shows no ads and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
• Your favorites are stored locally on your device.
• When you generate an image, your prompt and any reference photo you choose are sent to our generation server only to create that image.
• We use Firebase Analytics for anonymous usage statistics that are not linked to your identity.

2. Information We Process

• Prompt library. The App downloads the prompt library from a third-party public feed. These requests contain standard network information (such as IP address) needed to deliver content; we do not send any personal data with them.
• Favorites and preferences. Saved favorites and settings stay on your device and are not sent to us.
• Image generation content. When you use AI image generation, the text prompt you submit and, if you choose one, a reference photo are uploaded to our generation server. This content is processed solely to generate your requested image and is not used for any other purpose, such as advertising, profiling, or training. It is not linked to your identity and is not retained longer than needed to complete and deliver the generation.
• Anonymous usage analytics. Firebase Analytics (Google) collects anonymous usage data, such as screens viewed, feature usage, app version, device type, and general interactions, to help us understand and improve the App. This data is not linked to your identity and is not used for tracking.
• Remote configuration. Firebase Remote Config lets us adjust App settings and features without an update. It uses an app-instance identifier and basic device information to deliver configuration.
• Purchases. Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details; we only receive subscription status needed to unlock Premium features.
• Content reports. If you report a prompt or image, we receive information about the reported item and the reason you select, so we can review it.

3. Photos Permission

CopyGen requests add-only access to your Photos library so it can save images you choose. With this permission the App can add images but cannot read or browse your existing library. If you choose a reference photo for generation, you select it through the system photo picker, and only that photo is shared with the App. You can change Photos access at any time in Settings.

4. How Information Is Used

• To show the prompt library and let you copy prompts and save favorites
• To generate AI images you request
• To provide and verify CopyGen Premium subscriptions
• To review reported content
• To understand aggregate App usage, fix problems, and improve features

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Firebase (Analytics, Remote Config): firebase.google.com/support/privacy
• Apple (In-App Purchase): apple.com/legal/privacy
• Third-party public prompt feed, which supplies the prompt library content.

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for advertising. Data is shared only with the service providers described above, as needed to operate the App, or when required by law.

7. Data Retention

Generation inputs are kept only as long as needed to produce and deliver the result. Anonymous analytics data is retained according to Firebase's retention settings. Data stored locally on your device remains until you delete it or delete the App.

8. Your Choices and Rights

• Change or revoke Photos access in your device Settings
• Remove all locally stored App data by deleting the App
• Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings

9. Children's Privacy

CopyGen is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date at the top of this page.
