Remote TV Terms of Service

Welcome to Remote TV! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Remote TV mobile application ("App") provided by Dreammers Studio ("we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Remote TV, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

2. Description of Service

Remote TV lets you control compatible Smart TVs from your phone over your local Wi-Fi network. Compatibility depends on your TV model and network. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time.

3. Compatibility and Requirements

The App requires a supported TV and that your phone and TV are connected to the same local network. We do not guarantee compatibility with every TV brand, model, or firmware version.

4. Eligibility

The App is intended for a general audience and may be used by anyone able to operate a mobile device. If you are a minor, please review these Terms with a parent or guardian.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any network or device
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by law
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App

6. Advertising

The App may display advertisements provided by third parties such as Google AdMob. Your interactions with ads are subject to the advertisers' own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Dreammers Studio and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. All third-party trademarks (including TV brand names) belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification and compatibility purposes.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR TV, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dreammers Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
