Remote TV Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Dreammers Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Remote TV mobile application ("App"). We respect your privacy and aim to collect as little as possible.

1. Summary

• Remote TV does not require an account or ask for personal information.
• The App communicates with your TV over your local Wi-Fi network.
• Your settings and paired-device information are stored locally on your device.
• The App may display ads through Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers.

2. Information We Collect

• No personal account data. We do not collect your name, email, or contacts.
• Local network information. To discover and control TVs, the App accesses devices on the same local network. This information is used only on your device to establish the connection and is not transmitted to us.
• Device and usage data for advertising. Our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may collect device identifiers and limited usage data to serve and measure ads (see Section 5).
• Diagnostics. If you opt in to share diagnostics with Apple/Google, anonymous crash and performance data may be provided to help us improve stability.

3. How Information Is Used

• To discover, connect to, and control your TV over the local network
• To remember your preferences and previously paired devices
• To display advertising that helps keep the App free
• To diagnose crashes and improve performance

4. Local Network Permission

Remote TV requests Local Network access so it can find and communicate with compatible TVs on your Wi-Fi. The App does not use this permission to scan for anything other than supported devices, and the data stays on your device. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings, though the App will no longer be able to control your TV.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

Remote TV may use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and process certain data (such as advertising identifiers and general usage information) to provide and measure ads. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

You can learn about and control personalized advertising in your device's privacy settings (for example, "Limit Ad Tracking" / "Reset Advertising Identifier" on iOS).

6. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data only with the advertising and analytics providers described above, and only as needed to operate the App, or when required by law.

7. Your Choices and Rights

• Revoke Local Network or other permissions in your device settings
• Reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings
• Remove all App data by deleting the App from your device

8. Children's Privacy

Remote TV is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

9. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Updated" date at the top of this page.
