iCalculator Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. iCalculator was built to be private by design: it works entirely on your device and does not require an account, sign-up, or any personal information to use.

This Privacy Policy explains how Dreammers Studio ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the iCalculator mobile application ("App"), available on the App Store.

1. Summary

• iCalculator does not require an account and does not ask for personal information.
• Your calculations, saved entries, history, and settings are stored locally on your device.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for advertising.
• The App works offline; it does not need an internet connection to perform calculations.

2. What Information Do We Collect?

We designed iCalculator to collect as little as possible:

• No personal information. We do not collect your name, email, phone number, contacts, or location.
• No account. There is no login or registration, so we hold no profile about you.
• Calculation content stays on device. The numbers, expressions, results, and labels you create are saved only in the App's local storage.

If Apple provides us with anonymous, aggregated diagnostics (for example, crash reports or App Store usage statistics) and you have opted in to share diagnostics in your device settings, that information is supplied by Apple in a form that does not identify you and is used solely to improve stability and quality.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

To make the App useful, iCalculator stores the following on your device only:

• Your calculation history and any calculations you save or name
• Pinned calculations and the latest result used by the Home Screen widget
• Your preferences (theme, decimal precision, thousands separator, haptics, widget mode, and similar settings)

This data is shared between the App and its Home Screen widget through a private, on-device app group so the widget can display your latest result. It never leaves your device through the App, and you can remove it at any time by clearing your history or deleting the App.

4. How Is Information Used?

On-device data is used exclusively to provide the App's features, including:

• Performing calculations and displaying results
• Saving, naming, and pinning calculations and showing your history
• Powering the Home Screen widget with your latest and pinned results
• Remembering your appearance and behavior preferences

5. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Because your data stays on your device, there is nothing for us to share with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. We may disclose information only if required by law, but in practice we do not hold personal data that could be disclosed.

6. Permissions

iCalculator does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, or location. The only system feature it uses is optional haptic feedback (vibration), which you can disable in the App's settings at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

iCalculator does not embed third-party advertising or analytics SDKs. The only third party involved in distributing the App is Apple, through the App Store. Apple's handling of any information it collects is governed by Apple's own privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Because your data is stored locally, you remain in full control of it:

• Delete individual saved calculations or clear your history within the App
• Disable haptic feedback and adjust preferences in Settings
• Remove all App data permanently by deleting the App from your device

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. Since we do not collect identifiable personal data, there is typically nothing for us to access, correct, or delete on our servers.

9. Children's Privacy

iCalculator is a general-audience utility and is safe for all ages. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.

10. Changes to the Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
